ARSENAL title winners Lee Dixon, Alan Smith and Paul Davis will be at Finsbury Park cinema on Tuesday night for a fundraiser remembering one of their much-loved former teammates.

Kevin Campbell, known as Super Kev, died last year aged 54 after a period of illness. His 30 year career on the pitch included playing for the Gunners where he scored 59 goals, as well as Everton and West Brom.

Fans will get the chance to meet the former players at the Picturehouse – close to the tube station – as they share anecdotes from the George Graham era at Highbury.

The club’s former managing director David Dein, known as the man who brought Arsene Wenger to north London, will also be a special guest.

Andy Cole, who was also in the youth team player with the Gunners, will also appear and describes Kevin Campbell at that time as being “like my big brother”. A foundation has been set up by Kevin.

The last remaining tickets for the event are going fast and available from aisa.org. They are priced at £35 with all money raised going to the Kevin Campbell Foundation.

The organisers are the Arsenal Independent Supporters Association.
