FINSBURY Park will continue to host Wireless music festival after a court challenge by neighbours failed.

The Friends of Finsbury Park went to the Court of Appeal earlier this month but a decision yesterday (Thursday) ruled that Haringey Council acted lawfully when hiring out the park to live music promoters.

The group protested at the over-use of the park, with Wireless festival closing parts of it for three weeks last year.
