A CLERKENWELL club has been slapped with tight new licensing restrictions after a series of violent brawls.

Clubbers armed with baseball bats and chains spilled into the street at Club Reina, in Charter­house Street, in Septem­ber.

Councillors said last week that the club must have earlier last entry, last orders and closing times; replace its designated premises supervisor; and increase its ratio of door supervisors.
