CCTV image of a man police want to interview

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was left covered in blood and needing stitches when a glass object was thrown at him.

The victim, in his 20s, was in Golden Bee Bar, off Old Street, when a fight broke out on June 24. He was not involved but was hit on the head and taken to hospital.

Police believe the attack was part of a larger disturbance which spilled onto the street.
