• I WOULD like to warn people about the opening hours of the Shepherds Walk, Hampstead, Royal Mail office.

I received a red card in my letter box (despite being in). When I walked the mile to the office to pick up my parcel I found it shut.

The hours on the red card relate to the old “norm”. The present opening times are much more restricted. And the opening hours given on the web vary.

I just wanted to warn people not to go on a Wednesday as it is closed then as well as Sunday. I have tried ringing them to discover the actual opening times to put in this warning… but gave up after 20 minutes.
