• CONCERNING consultation on the St Peter’s people-friendly streets trial, Cllr Rowena Champion has written to residents.

In her letter she says “we are also developing an exceptional circumstance dispensation for people who do not meet the current [Blue Badge] criteria, for example people who need to travel outside their home people-friendly streets neighbourhood”.
