• WHAT happens to volunteers and social bubble members who help transport residents living in a Low Traffic Neighbourhood to a vaccination centre or doctor to get their jabs if they don’t live in the same people-friendly streets area?

Will the social bubble members or volunteers incur neighbourhood access fines because they have accessed the area while not living there? Even if they are doing a vital service?

Are there any financial forecasts of how much Islington Council is set to make from these fines? And where will the money go?
