ISLINGTON Council is set to introduce parking for dockless bikes.

Officials have launched a pilot scheme of 21 parking spaces for dockless bikes – which are bikes-for-hire like Lime, HumanForest, and Tier, that currently can often be found obstructing the pavement after users have abandoned them.

A consultation has been launched on the pilot scheme, and the council hopes to introduce a total of 50 parking spaces by next summer.
