Delivery services are not what they used to be

‘Parcels might as well be left in the street for passers-by to take’
• LOCKDOWN is forcing us to shop from home and so we have to rely on the post and couriers for delivery services.
These operations are profiting greatly from the situation but is their service to customers diminishing?
Packages for people living in apartment buildings are being left in lobbies. The parcels might as well be left in the street for passers-by to take.
We must restore delivery to individual customers’ doors and stop easy theft which I believe is on the increase. When are these carrier services going to restore safe deliveries?
