• DID anyone else try to vote by proxy at the recent mayoral elections, submit their application on time, get no reply, assume they couldn’t vote, feel sad about not being able to vote but assume they had done something wrong with the application, then get an email from Islington electoral services this week saying their application has been accepted… just a few weeks too late?

That’s what happened to me and one other friend. Quite annoying, and I think this deserves a response by those responsible. Don’t you?
