Whittington Hospital

• AFTER a two-year gap I have recently used the Whittington Hospital A&E department again, where I was seen by a doctor and two nurses.

After receiving antibiotics I was referred to the ambulatory department for a further three days of treatment as an outpatient.

I was reminded what an amazing staff they have in the ambulatory department. They all work so hard and deserve to be praised for the service they provide.

I am really scared at the thought of how much of this we will lose with the continuing sell-off of the health service. This is our NHS and not for sale.
