MULTI-MILLION-POUND plans to redevelop the Andover estate in Finsbury Park have been given the go-ahead.

Sixty-four homes will be built across the 10-hectare site as part of the first phase, approved last week.

None of the buildings will be demolished completely, but garages will be turned into homes and one-bed flats into family-sized homes.
