THREE live sheep and a fairy queen were among the attractions at a Holloway street party as neighbours flocked to raise money for an urban farm.

More than 200 people arrived for a BBQ, and were treated to music from the Caledonian string quartet (above).

Children had their faces painted, and there were stalls for tombola, books, plants and wildflower seeds.

Some £1,650 was raised for Freightliners Farm in Sheringham Road, which is run by volunteers and is home to cows, sheep, goats, and chickens. The Arsenal Foundation, Islington Council, Hyde Housing, and Peabody all contributed sponsorship for the event.
