FOUR men have been hospitalised with stab wounds after a fight took place in an Angel restaurant on Friday.

The Metropolitan Police said that a 45-year-old man was arrested on Monday in connection to the incident, and remains in police custody while they appeal for witnesses or any further information on the altercation.

Police tape secured a stretch of Upper Street on Friday and forensic tents were put up outside Gem restaurant.

Two men, aged 23 and 24, were found with stab wounds and taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.

Two further men, both aged 28, presented themselves to the hospital later. None of the injuries were deemed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
