DETECTIVES have appealed for witnesses to come forward after what has been described as an early hours fight in which four men were left with stab wounds.
Police say they found two men with wounds in a car parked up with its hazard lights on in Clerkenwell Road, Farringdon, on Saturday August 2.
Officers provided first aid before paramedics arrived and took the wounded men to hospital.
Their injuries are being linked to an incident outside the Club 29 nightclub in High Holborn.
Two men also stabbed had arrived for treatment at a hospital in south London.
Six men have been arrested in relation to the case, all of which have been released on bail.
One of them is being treated in hospital.
Detective Constable Stephanie Latzke said: “This was a truly shocking attack on four friends who had gone out to enjoy themselves. We know the nightclub was busy at the time, so I’m confident someone will have the information we need to find those responsible for this unacceptable violence.”
She added: “I want to hear from anybody who was driving around at the time of the attack who may have captured the fighting on dash cam.”
Witnesses are asked to call police on 101.
