• WHILE Islington Council’s investment in facilities is to be applauded, some sports seem to receive a disproportionate share of the pot.

I would like the council to look at distributing the funding more equitably across other sports – such as gymnastics, hockey, netball, cycling and skateboarding.

These are also popular but poorly represented.
