HUNDREDS of 16-year-olds across the borough celebrated another bumper set of GCSE results.

The shrieks were deafening at Elizabeth Garrett Anderson in Angel when the Tribune dropped in yesterday (Thursday).

A dozen teenagers got a clean sweep of top grades.

“I did a lot better than I thought,” said Francesca Nkune who picked up all 7s, 8s, and 9s. “I’m going to Marylebone sixth form and do maths, further maths, physics, and economics.”
