• THE only way to resolve Barnsbury Square Gardens’ dog problem is for those like DM Daly, me and probably others to get together to discuss what we can achieve, since meeting Islington Council has done nothing over many years, and that includes the involvement of ward councillors.

Giving dog walkers half the Gardens won’t resolve the noise and stench that dogs create, nor will it stop the threats dog walkers inflict, shouting at non-dog walkers: “Shut the gates. We shut them to keep the dogs in.”
