A CANCER survivor will walk 40 miles across London next week as he aims to raise £10,000 for football charity We Can Kick It.

Adrian Conoboy, who was born in Islington, will celebrate World Cancer Day on Tuesday by visiting seven football stadiums in under 24 hours.

The brain cancer survivor and life-long Arsenal supporter will be accompanied by close friends and a group of young cancer survivors.

The money raised will be used to help launch We Can Kick It which will give children affected by cancer the opportunity to play football by providing free-of-charge training and events.
