A HOLLOWAY man has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a fatal collision in Kentish Town.

Lucas Garncarz, 29, of Mackenzie Road, was charged on Tuesday over the death of Mohammed Mezan Ali.

The 30-year-old, from East Ham, was driving a moped involved in a collision with a car at the junction of Farrier Street and Kentish Town Road on March 5 last year.

Mr Garncarz has been released on bail and is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court next month.
