• I’D like to bring your attention to an excellent hardware store – Mercury Stores in Chalcot Road, Primrose Hill. I recommend that you give publicity to this store, which well deserves it.

I’m just a local neighbour, living in the same street, who has found this store invaluable for all kinds of household items, often unobtainable elsewhere locally; for example, specialist light bulbs, household items, DIY items, ant and mouse deterrents, just to mention a few.

In fact at times my life would have been more difficult concerning some practical household issues without Mercury Stores being so handy. The manager is very pleasant too.

Please note that I do not have any connections via commercial companies or relatives to this store, and the manager is not aware of my contacting you. Nor, of course, has he asked me to do so.
