It appears the eight MPs left because they have finally had enough of the bullying

• I WAS angered, but not surprised, by Patrick Edlin’s outrageous letter, (The ‘Sack of Seven’ group jumped before they were pushed, February 22).

It appears Mr Edlin, like so many Corbyn apologists, is confusing anti-semitism with anti-Zionism. To suggest Israel is behind the eight MPs leaving the Labour Party is offensive to every reader with even a minimum level of intelligence.

It appears the eight MPs left because they have finally had enough of the bullying which goes on throughout the Labour Party.

I am thankful that if one looks at the latest opinion polls there are enough people with common sense to ensure Jeremy Corbyn and Diane Abbott will never be allowed to lead our country.
