• I HAVE had an ongoing kitchen leak since June 10.

Every time it rains the flat above has a leak through their boiler which comes through my ceiling at many points.

For two months I have been without a light in the kitchen, a smoke alarm, or carbon monoxide alarm.

I have sent several complaints to Peabody and the issue is still not resolved.

The neighbour in the flat above is uncooperative and has not booked repairs. And does not answer the phone and has no working bell.

Now we have had five days of rain and leaking.

Peabody have told me yet again I need to wait, as they are still investigating after two months.

I am extremely worried how long it will be before my ceiling starts to crack and cave in.

And worried I’ve been left for so long with no smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. My kitchen now also smells of damp and I am asthmatic.
