Look out for my stolen car, please

• I AM an 85-year-old pensioner living in lockdown.

Three months ago I came out of my house to find my old car window smashed and my disabled blue badge missing, as I forgot to take it out the night before.

My car is the only thing I rely on, to go out shopping, and at that time to visit my partner Pat, who suffered from cancer, in Barnsbury every day to take her to hospital appointments and her daily shopping.

Unfortunately she went back into hospital and passed away April 10. We had to arrange her funeral, and I drove her family to the places up until the day.

Still grieving from the loss of my lovely lady, I came out of the house on May 21 to go shopping and this time my car was gone.

Some low-life don’t know what they have done to me. I walk with a stick and can’t go far. So now I’m a prisoner.

Of all the cars that are in this street, my car is an old banger, 23 years old, but it’s my lifeline – starts every day, first time – Morrisons, or Asda or Sainsbury’s – anywhere I tell it to go to.

My car is a little white Hyundai, registration P872KOL. If anyone sees it, please report it to the police.
