Dennis McGrory
A PENSIONER is likely to die in prison after being found guilty for a killing he committed in 1975.
Dennis McGrory, 75, was found guilty of the rape and murder of his 15-year-old niece Jacqui Montgomery at her Offord Road home after almost 50 years ago after new DNA evidence came to light.
On Friday, he was sentenced to a minimum term of 25 years and 126 days in prison at Huntingdon Crown Court.
Swabs from Jacqui’s body had a billion-to-one match with McGrory’s DNA.
