LEADING puppeteers are explaining how they bring their creations to life in a series of films to help a theatre in Angel.

The Little Angel Theatre in Dagmar Passage is posting regular episodes of People Behind The Puppets on its YouTube channel.

Each designer is also bringing a puppet which children can make at home by downloading information from the theatre’s website and then following along during the film.

The first installment went online yesterday (Thursday) with Maia Kirkman-Richards, who worked on The Slightly Annoying Elephant at the theatre, talking about her work.

The films are free to watch and can be found at youtube.com/thelittleatheatre
