• I AM writing to record my heartfelt thanks to a member of your staff – Dan Carrier.

On Tuesday August 18 I was returning home from a visit to the health centre on Hornsey Rise, N19, and unfortunately was taken ill.

Dan came to my assistance and very kindly drove me home. Throughout he was calm, competent and reassuring. I am extremely grateful to him.
