Forcing cyclists to have number plates a great idea

• WHAT a great idea. I am so pleased that the government is thinking of forcing cyclists to have number plates so they can be identified. At least this way, when cyclists ignore traffic lights and nearly knock pedestrians down, they won’t be able to get away with it.
