The Bingfield health centre vaccination hub

• SURPRISED at reading your front-page report on the bad conditions of access to vaccine at Bingfield Primary Care Clinic, (‘Don’t arrive too early or late for your Covid jab’, January 22).

On the contrary, my husband and I were amazed at it being so well organised, and efficient. Although 30 minutes early, we were welcomed by volunteers and made to sit for a couple of minutes before being shown into the vaccination cubicles.

In all it took some 20 minutes. The same thing happened to a friend of ours, who was called on the spur of the moment so that all the vaccines would be used and who had the same pleasant experience.
