Outrage is proper reaction to Tusk’s insolent language

• “I HAVE been wondering what that special place in hell looks like, for those who promoted Brexit without even a sketch of a plan how to carry it out safely”. Thus spoke Donald Tusk last week.
The proper target of Mr Tusk’s anguish should be the drafters of the Treaty of Lisbon, which included Article 50. Did they really imagine it wouldn’t be used?
Shockingly, people in this country have felt comfortable to rationalise, contextualise or justify his words. Outrage should have been the reaction to such insolent language.
