A NEW car-free block of student flats has been mapped out for a site close to London Metropolitan University – with the designs set to lead to an overhaul of railway arches in Holloway.

Islington Council has been asked to grant building consent for a plan that would also open up a pedestrian walkway close to Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium – creating a new route for supporters at Holloway Road Underground station.
