Rail failure
Friday, 8th February 2019
• APPARENTLY, there are problems with the new four-car units on the Gospel Oak-Barking rail line.
Why doesn’t Transport for London use an already proven electric unit like the ones running out of Highbury on the East London line extension.
The much-maligned British Rail had a team of electrical engineers who knew how to specify and price up such a job and oversee it on time.
