Shocking that Corbyn will not be allowed to stand

Jeremy Corbyn
• SIR Keir Starmer is wrong on the subject of my MP’s suspension when he says “for reasons everybody understands”.
I don’t. I understand his readmission was agreed by the national executive, but Sir Keir refused to allow him back as a Labour MP.
I have voted Labour for as long as I have had the vote (now in my 90s) but only when Jeremy Corbyn was elected in 1983 did I join and become an active member of the Labour Party.
During all these years I have watched and worked with somebody who has never ceased to support and defend his constituents of every race and religion.
He has always had one of the highest votes in the country. This activity over the years has been extended in the same way internationally.
In all the years I have known Jeremy Corbyn there has never been a hint of racism or anti-Semitism; he has continued to work with his very diverse constituency as an independent MP and I am shocked by the suggestion that he will not be allowed to stand as a Labour candidate in the next general election.
As a Jewish person, if this is the case I will find it impossible to remain in the Labour Party. And my son Peter has asked me to add his name to this letter.
