The consultation on the Partners contract should be declared void

• THE PFI 2 contract with Partners and Islington Council is currently under consideration.
This is a contract that has serious implications for leaseholders and council finances.
A newsletter arrived a few days ago from Partners with a consultation polling card inside.
Unfortunately it arrived after the date in which the vote had to be submitted and the online voting facility had already been taken down.
Also the polling card had no request for a name or address but maybe this was for reasons of confidentiality but then why not use a reference number on the card? So the council has no idea how many cards were sent out.
The whole setup is wide open to fraud.
Because of the above reasons this poll/consultation should be declared void as it will not represent the true opinions of leaseholders and council tenants.
