• THIS past year the Labour Party meetings in Islington North have not been about raising funds or ideas to support our local communities during this very difficult time.

They have been all about how great Jeremy Corbyn is and slagging off Sir Keir Starmer. The Labour Party in Islington has lost all focus.

As a party we were founded by the people for the people, not for the select few who chase a socialist utopia, while being somewhat shielded from the worst of the Conservatives’ policies, as they have good salaries, decent pensions, and most of them are homeowners.

Focusing on Jeremy Corbyn’s socialist agenda will not get rid of the Tories. Backing a Labour Party led by Sir Keir Starmer will.
