• SINCE Monday traffic jams in certain locations in Highbury West start to build up daily around 8.45am and start to magically dissipate around 9.15am.

These traffic jams are particularly noticeable at the top of Blackstock Road, Grosvenor Avenue, and Highbury New Park. Is it a coincidence that there are large schools located at these sites?

I wonder if these drivers, dropping their kids off at school, are the ones who are the most vociferous in complaining about the state of the roads and calling for the abolition of the Highbury LTN, low traffic neighbourhood?
