It’s not about anti-semitism, but about Israel and whether it should remain immune to criticism over what it’s doing to the Palestinian people. Is Gaza a desert Warsaw ghetto or not?

Have you seen the newsreels taken by the Nazis guarding a ghetto and confiscating things like potatoes being smuggled in by children for their starving parents? Now, we witness Gazans being mowed down as they try to escape their ghetto.

Israel says no one crosses that border without permission but Israel has no borders, for the reason that it is in an expansionist mood. So there is going to be a lot of trouble to come with its neighbours.

Big powers like the EU, Russia and China could easily break the siege of Gaza by sailing in ships with food and medical supplies. What is Israel going to do then? This would be nothing but a humanitarian act.

What is happening now in Gaza seems like a precursor to mass action, leading to the massacre of hundreds if not thousands of Palestinians.

In the meantime, don’t allow yourself to be silenced on the plight of the Palestinian people. Remember, many of us are the same people, and the descendants of those people, who fought on behalf of the Jewish people in the 1930s.
