Theresa May’s Grenfell shame
Thursday, 20th June 2019

Theresa May
• TWO years ago this week, 72 people died in a towering inferno – a tragedy compounded by the fact that three-quarters of all vulnerable homes smothered in the flammable materials that Grenfell Tower had still have the same cladding now.
Many tears have been shed by family members, neighbours and the rest of us who witnessed it live on our TV screens with a heavy heart, a moral compass and sense of ethics.
But not Prime Minister Theresa May. She only shed tears for herself when she resigned. Shame, disgrace and a shambles. Though congratulations to the Fire Brigades Union for starting the “Never Again” campaign.
