Vicar Jonathan Brewster with Tribune hampers last Christmas

• ISLINGTON is a very mixed borough, and it is great that the Islington Tribune recognises this by sending out hundreds of Christmas hampers to elderly residents.

The hamper appeal is symbolic of the Christmas spirit of goodwill and peace to everyone. Let’s keep that spirit throughout 2018.
