AN annoyed resident is looking at whether he can take legal action over the noise caused by aircrafts during Donald Trump’s first official visit to the UK.
Vincent Cass, of Crosley Street, off Liverpool Road, said that between last Wednesday and Friday the V22 Osprey “heliplanes” flying over Islington made his house shake.
Mr Cass said he will be talking to a solicitor about the disruption the “outrageous” noise levels caused.
The 59-year-old said: “I was just disturbed by the noise, it was louder than I’ve ever experienced with any aircraft.
“That includes airbuses that turn in this airspace as well. It shook the rafters of my house to the foundations.”
He claims helicopters woke him up at 11pm last Thursday night.
“My neighbours were a little bit jumpy the next day as to what was going on,” he added.
The US Embassy in London declined to comment.
