• THE baseless claims and angry accusations expressed by the Carewes do nothing to advance the needs of all of us who have to get around safely, (Cyclists use Amwell Street four hours out of 24… but we live here and Hordes of cyclists come at great speed and they don’t care about any of us, August 3).

The Carewes may feel they are “too old” to cycle and change their habits. However, the rest of us need to do our bit and pave a new way for a cleaner, healthier future.
