• WELL, Goaty McGoatface would be on-trend (Rare goat in search of a name, July 28). But Milly the Kid might be kinder until she grows up.

But her mum and aunt are both “Gs”, so why not name her Gnasher or Gloria or Genevieve or Griselda or Goodsintransit or Goody for short?
