POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was found unconscious in the street.

The 26-year-old was discovered lying unresponsive in Broadfield Lane, off York Way, at around 1.30am on June 24.

Officers asked anyone who had been in the area between 11.30pm and 2am to come forward.
