Centre 404 is a friendly and well-established charity supporting people with learning disabilities and their families across 9 London Boroughs. We’re looking for caring, reliable and energetic Support Workers to join our team.

What You’ll Do
• Support people with daily living tasks such as shopping, meals, personal care and appointments
• Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
• Support with hobbies, social activities and community access
• Promote wellbeing, choice and inclusion
• Ensure a safe and positive environment

What We’re Looking For
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Kind, patient and professional approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Respectful of confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and/or Autism
• Willing to provide physical support, including personal care and safe moving & handling
